Boarding

The New Beacon has a long tradition of boarding and we continue to provide a small boarding facility which has been recently expanded from 14 to 18 beds, owing to high demand. The boys are looked after by a team of resident boarding staff and matrons. The emphasis is on enjoying the boarding experience, developing independence and personal responsibility, with support given for prep (homework) and music practice where appropriate.
