‘Shape of the Day’

In the morning:

Junior School (JS) boys may arrive from 8.00 a.m. and go to the holding classroom in Pre-Prep.

Middle School (MS)/Senior School (SS) boys may arrive from 7.45 a.m. and go to the dining-room.

Some music ensembles will practise from 8.10 to 8.35 a.m.

Boys must be in school by registration:

JS: 8.40 a.m.

MS/SS: 8.35 a.m.

Junior End of the Day

		Exceptions
Reception to Y2	3.30 p.m.	Reception 3 p.m. in Autumn Term. Wednesdays all year: 3 p.m. for Rec. to Y2 (junior clubs)
Y3/4	3.45 p.m.	Y4: Mon 4.10 p.m. (after games) Y3/4: Wed 3.30 p.m. (junior clubs)

After School Club

Operates from 3.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. (3 p.m. for Reception in the Autumn Term).
The charge per session is £10.25 Booking is essential and early booking advisable. A booking form is available as a download from the website.

For JS boys with older brothers in the school there will be a ‘holding facility’ from the end of the school day until 4.10pm. Booking is essential. There is no charge for this service unless collected after 4.10 p.m. in which case the full After School Club fee will be charged.

Y5 Afternoon and End of Day

Monday	4.10 p.m. Home OR 4.15 – 4.45 p.m. Prep, then home OR 4.15 – 5.15 p.m. Activities (as Y6-8)
Tuesday	4.10 p.m. Home OR 4.10 – 5.00 p.m. Prep, then home OR 4.10 – 5.30 p.m. Prep followed by Activities
Wednesday	4.10 p.m. Home
Thursday	4.10 p.m. Home OR 4.15 – 4.45 p.m. Prep, then home OR 4.15 – 5.15 p.m. Activities (as Y6-8)
Friday	4.10 p.m. Home

Y6-8 Afternoon and End of Day

Monday	4.10 p.m. Home OR 4.15 – 4.45 p.m. Prep, then home OR 4.15 – 5.15 p.m. Activities (Activity finish time varies according to Activity)
Tuesday	4.30 p.m. Home OR 4.30 – 5.00 p.m. Prep OR 4.30 – 5.30 p.m.Activities (Activity finish time varies according to Activity)
Wednesday	4.10 p.m.Home (unless required for matches)

Please note that the prep times above are the only provision for prep during the school day i.e. boys will be expected to take prep home if they go home at the earlier times!
