We had great fun in glorious sunshine when we welcomed 20 old boys and their partners back to school for our reunion lunch on 21 September. During the tour we were regaled with some hilarious stories regarding the air raid shelter, carving their names in the bricks on the main school building and other stories that landed our old boys in hot water at the time.

We shared the Whole School Photos from our old boys years with them after the event which bought back great memories for some.  If you are an Old Beaconian and do not receive emails from us please complete our online form here so that we can keep you up to date because we are planning drinks in London in the Spring and a golf day next summer for our community.  One of our guests summed up the school nicely ” A centre of excellence which wears its learning lightly, without the arrogance which often accompanies privilege.”
