Mindfulness sessions, run by Mrs Alteirac, Mrs Bridges and Dr Blackford, are now being offered to boys in the junior, middle and senior school each week and we are following a course of sessions called ‘.breathe’.  This is a course designed for children by the charity ‘Mindfulness in Schools Project'(MiSP) and it is offered in schools around the country.  These sessions are optional and so far, the boys who have joined seem to be enjoying them.  We are sure that the benefits of learning how to practise mindfulness will be enormously beneficial to the boys as they go through these difficult times and for the future.
