Rosie Hill, an independent book seller, will be holding a book fair for Pre-Prep and Junior School boys in The Studio on Tuesday 16th March. It is an ideal opportunity for the children to discuss reading with their teachers and choose books together that are appropriate for their age and interests. Classes will visit the fair with their teachers throughout the day.

Due to Covid-19 the book fair is going to run differently to previous years. This time the boys will be ordering their books, therefore the books that they receive will be brand new copies and will have been in quarantine for at least 72 hours. Each bubble of boys will see a different collection of books so there is no cross contamination between groups. Tables will be wiped with antibac and Rosie will wear a mask at all times and will social distance where at all possible.

The average price of a book is £6.99 however there are some which may cost a little more, with the most expensive costing no more than about £14.99. The sum will be added to your son’s school bill. We are fortunate that the school will benefit from what is purchased by way of a generous commission of free books that will go into our Pre-Prep and Junior School library.
