Ex New Beacon pupil, Theo Silberston, took the courageous move recently of creating a podcast about grief, with specific reference to grief experienced by young people. He has used his own experiences as a springboard to talk to friends who have also suffered grief and bereavement, and helps that by opening up about their experiences, they might be able to help others. The podcast, ‘Life After with Theo Silberston’, is available on all major platforms, but the link below is for iTunes:

Again, the podcast is available on all major platforms. Look out in particular for the episode ‘Acne’, whose opening jingle was the winning composition of a New Beacon competition by Hugo in year 7! Congratulations, Hugo.
