Thank you to all the parents/carers who have completed the form below regarding sending end of term bills to email addresses.  However, we are still a few missing, please complete the form below as soon as possible.  Please do not contact the school office if you have already completed the form.

We hope to be able to email all future fee invoices to you direct each term.
This will have significant advantages such as speed, security, accuracy and cost (both in terms of time and postage), especially over the busy Christmas period.
In order to achieve this may I request you complete the form below as soon as possible, details of which will be used for billing and billing enquiries only, as we appreciate the sensitivity of billing information.
Please include all relevant e-mail addresses (not home address), including those where you require a ‘copy’ invoice to be sent.
