In Yoga Club we’ve been having lots of fun in our morning yoga classes at The New Beacon, and in the last two sessions all of the children have been able to practice going upside down in the headstand chair which is fantastic for body awareness, balance and circulation. We have also practised sun salutations, moon salutations, learned many poses and their benefits. The children have also had a go at being yoga teachers by leading everyone through their favourite yoga poses.

We build confidence, balance, strength and flexibility, and Yoga club introduces the children to meditation, gratitude and mindset to really get them set up for their day ahead. We learn through games and play too so that yoga is fun and brings laughter and joy.

Something for the lovely Mums:

I am running a Mother’s Day Retreat on the 27 March. This is at Chart Farm in Seal and runs from 10am – 4pm and will be an amazing day including a yoga class, a sound bath, a lovely lunch, a forest bathing walk or chance to have a treatment. Over the afternoon we will have a candle making workshop and a yin and guided meditation session to finish, before ‘floating’ home with a goodie bag!

Treat a special Mum (or yourself!) to a restorative day off.

For New Beacon parents there is a £20 discount

(Please use the coupon code ‘yoga club’ when on the booking page)
