We finish the year with 80% of the 61 boys shooting this term being classified with a PSRA award. Overall, I am pleased with the club’s performance as we have a higher than average number of boys in the top two categories.

Only 12 boys remain without having an award:
3 Novices, who could not be expected to achieve an award with less than half a term of shooting experience.
7 Boys, who did not complete the test as they missed one of the three sessions; effectively making it impossible to get an award.

As always, we had a range of emotions on the range in the last week as the competition reached its climax.  Thankfully, it was generally positive as we build the boys experience to being able to perform under competitive pressure and in an open environment in front of their peers.
