It was a fun filled day on Thursday for World Book Day. The children dressed up in a varied array of costumes based on their favourite character from a book or poem. This year our focus was poetry, and many boys took part in a poetry competition. Boys as young as Reception learnt and performed a poem of their choice. The winners from each class then performed in front of the whole of the Pre-Prep and Junior School. We were joined by excellent Judges, Mrs Yeats-Brown, Mr Yarrow and Dr Nicki Perry, one of our governors. The boys were incredible, it was a very tough competition, but the judges just managed to narrow down a winner and runner up for both the Pre Prep and the Junior school.

A huge well done to all the boys who joined it.

Pre-Prep
Winner – Rhett 1SH
Runner Up – Oscar RGB

Junior School
Winner – Charles 4CS
Runner Up – Arthur 3AH
