Adi Srivastava is a former pupil of The New Beacon and currently a student at the Royal Academy of Music. Together with a few friends, he is organising a charity concert at Walthamstow Hall School, with the purpose of raising funds for the Youngminds Charity.
This event is an excellent opportunity to showcase how our alumni can contribute to the well-being of young children in need of support and raise awareness about mental health among the youth. Adi takes immense pride in being part of The New Beacon alumnus, and we share the same sentiment.
Please see below for a brief introduction about the concert, along with links for more details and booking.
Thank you, in advance, for your support. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals who require mental health support.
Adi, Oliver, Jem, and Paloma, all musicians from the Royal Academy of Music Junior Department, are collaborating for a charity concert on 2 July at Walthamstow Hall School to support the YoungMinds Charity – please see this leaflet for more details. This remarkable event aims to raise awareness and funds for the mental health of young children. Please secure your tickets and show your support here.
Attending this event not only supports the mental well-being of young people but also provides the chance to enjoy talented performances. Your presence and contribution hold immense value for these four dedicated and hardworking young musicians, who, despite their demanding school commitments, selflessly devote their time to ensure the success of this event and raise funds for this cause. Let’s come together and support YoungMinds, creating a brighter future for the younger generation.
YoungMinds is the UK’s leading charity championing the well-being and mental health of children and young people. Driven by their experience, YoungMinds creates change so that children and young people can cope with life’s adversities, find help when needed and succeed in life.
