On Friday 9 October 2020, we will be holding our first ‘virtual’ Open Day. Please do email our Registrar Alison Harrison on firstname.lastname@example.org for more details or click here to complete our online booking form.
We also offer all our prospective parents the opportunity to speak with our Headmaster, Mr Piercy, via video call, including a mini guided tour of our facilities. You will be able to ask him any questions that you may have regarding your child’s potential education at The New Beacon.
As soon as circumstances permit, we will resume our normal procedure for prospective parents, including an individual tour and meeting with the Headmaster. You will see the boys at work, examples of their work and have the opportunity to ask questions. In order to benefit fully from your visit, you may prefer not to bring very young children, although, of course, you are welcome to do so.
To request a prospectus please click here to access our online request form.
We do hope to see you at The New Beacon soon. If you have any questions please feel free to email email@example.com
Registration and Admission Procedure
Most boys join The New Beacon in Reception between age 4 and 5, although some arrive earlier into Nursery. Vacancies are offered to boys after Reception age as they arise. Boys who wish to join after the early years will be asked to show evidence of academic progress by attending a taster/assessment day.
Parents are advised to reserve a definite place, subject to availability, as soon as possible. On receipt of a completed Registration Form, and a registration fee of £100, a definite place will be reserved for your child, without prejudice on your part. In the year before entry, final confirmation will be sought, including a deposit of £750, which will be returned, less any disbursements owing, after their final term at the School.
Please download, complete and return the relevant registration form below.
