School Minibus Service
The New Beacon provide a range of minibus routes that support parents in getting their children to and from school.
The School has partnered with Vectare, a specialist school transport software company, who are responsible for over 2 million independent school journeys per annum to manage our transport offering.
Please see the Transport Guide, which sets out all the routes that are available. The network includes a service for families residing in and around the south Bromley and Orpington area, enhancing convenience and ensuring a smoother, more efficient start to the school day for our pupils.
School Bus Service
One of the key benefits of Vectare is the ability to view seat availability in real time. You do not have to worry about whether there will be a seat for your child on their preferred route. Through the intuitive system, you can instantly see which seats are available and make a booking accordingly. This real-time visibility ensures that you can plan your child’s transportation more efficiently.
The four ‘Home to School’ routes are joined by two ‘School to Home’ routes to Bickley and Orpington area leaving The New Beacon at 5pm and a return to Tonbridge leaving the New Beacon at 4pm.
Spaces on the services are available on a first come first served basis, so we encourage you to make a booking as possible using the link below and clicking ‘Book Now’ on the left-hand side.
